Tour Budgeting & Accounting
We create budgets for national and international tours of all sizes from clubs, theaters, to small and large arena tours. Budgets are prepared and reviewed for profitability, maximization of tax benefits, and all details are closely monitored throughout the duration of the tour. During tours, we continually work with all parties involved to ensure successful and profitable events. We ensure ancillary rights are correctly accounted to all parties involved.
General Accounting
Thorough accounting is at the core of a successful company. Our services include day-to-day accounting, billing, payroll processing, income tracking, and management of accounts receivable. Clients are provided with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, as well as any additional financial statements.
Royalty Processing
Our proprietary software is customized to each client to provide royalty accounting services to recording artists, publishers and other 3rd party participants who must account for worldwide physical and digital sales. Our royalty system is also capable of reporting on merchandising sales, licensing and shared profit deals, and interactive video game and wireless sales.
